Online Focused Conversation: Collaborative Leadership, 1st June
June 1, 2020 @ 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm BST
Collaborative Leadership – 5 Practices – how they can serve us in these times. FREEKouzes and Posner have written extensively about leadership, and have developed a model of five practices and ten commitments to bring to our own leadership practice. How do these support us during these changing times and what can we apply in our current approach to our teams and organisations? Once you sign up, we’ll send a link to an article that covers their approach to read prior to our conversation (or you can concentrate on just one page of it!) This event will be held at the time above BST (UTC+1). To check this time is suitable for you, please go to https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/ All the sessions will be recorded, with the recording being publicly available after the session is over. If you do not wish to be identifiable, we will give you the option before we start the recording to turn off your camera and change your screen name. PLEASE NOTE ONLY THE FIRST 16 PARTICIPANTS THAT ARRIVE IN ZOOM ON THE DAY WILL BE ADMITTED INTO THE SESSION. This is both to ensure a quality experience and maximise the number of participants able to access the session given the high dropout rate of free events. We will open the Zoom room 10 minutes before the session begins and admit the first participants that arrive until the limit has been reached. After this we will close the room. If you try to enter and find that you are waiting for more than 5 minutes, unfortunately the session is already full.
This session is part of ICA:UK’s free Online Focused Conversation Series. The series aims to bring people together to connect, learn and reflect, as well as to experience the ToP Focused Conversation method in an online setting.
