In collaboration with Fourmis du Changement in France, Village Volunteers contributed towards a ToP training for facilitators and trainers from Cote d’Ivoire and Benin, which took place in Cote d’Ivoire in April 2026.
After the initial training, ICA Cote d’Ivoire staff members have been using the ToP methods both to enhance their community development work and beginning to explore how they can develop a facilitation service to generate income for themselves.
