Rosemary is a facilitator, trainer and advocacy specialist with over 15 years’ experience working with civil society organisations in the UK and internationally. She support groups to work collaboratively, designing and facilitating participatory processes that enable people to share perspectives, navigate difference and make decisions together. Her approach is grounded in feminist leadership principles and a strong commitment to equity, inclusion and locally led change.
Alongside her facilitation work, Rosemary has a background in campaigning and policy advocacy. This experience informs her facilitation, helping groups move from discussion to clear strategies and practical action. She now work as a freelance consultant supporting organisations with facilitation, training, strategy development and joint advocacy.
